Appraisal Pricing Information

Appraisal & Connoisseur Associates, as part of the appraisal service industry, believes that the client is central. We make every effort to maintain a reasonable pricing structure. We have raised our rates infrequently over the past 25 years. There is an hourly rate for the initial inspection as well as the research and preparation of the report. Travel expenses are billed separately at a reduced rate. Additional expenses vary from appraisal to appraisal but can include photography, long-distance phone calls, professional copy work, and typing. In the event that expert consultants are utilized, the client is always contacted before utilizing their services.
